17s Win the Renegades 18s Tourney! Great Job Guys!

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE 17s for winning a bid to the open division of the BOYS JUNIOR NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS!
The team competed in a national qualifier this past weekend and earned a bid to be one of the top 36 teams that will travel to Columbus Ohio to compete in the BJNC from July 2nd-5th. Well done boys, families and coaches!

18-2s Continue to Lead by Example

Our 18-2s continue to set the standard for the rest of our club. They draw people in to watch because it’s a joy to see them fight for each other – to embody the true definition of team.

Here they are Sunday after winning their division at Penn State. Many 18s team stop fighting once they are out of the gold division and our 18-2s did exactly opposite. They worked harder. They set the example we want to see in all our teams – fight to win every time you step on the court, because it’s what GREAT teams do.

Thanks for being a team that all of our younger guys can look up to boys. It was a pleasure to watch you play.

16s Win Gold at Nook!

The 16s knocked out Yorktowne in an exciting final last Sunday at Nook to take the gold. Great job guys!

14s and 16s Both Victorious on Sunday!

17s, 18-1s and 18-2s Make Their Mark at January Qualifiers While Also Making History For Club Lehigh

The 17s headed to Anaheim this year to attend the SCVA qualifier. The team managed to knock off 3 Southern California teams on their way to finishing 21st out of 48 teams. This is the first team that has attended this qualifier from Club Lehigh and they did a great job of introducing us to the west coast as a strong competitor. We were all very proud of their play.

The Rochester Can-Am was a huge success for our teams. The 17s, 18-1s and 18-2s all played their way into the gold bracket of the qualifier, with each of them eventually finishing 5th. This is also a first for the club – 3 of our teams in the gold bracket during the same year -  but even more momentous, having two 18s teams in the final 8 teams left competing in playoffs! The energy and play of the 18-2s got a lot of attention from the spectators and more than one team wondered what had happened to them as they left the court defeated. The 16s played a strong tournament finishing 15th out of 30 teams. Congrats to all!
